Choose Your Shift

Our client offers compressed work weeks so you can enjoy longer weekends!

• 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Some Fridays as needed)
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Wednesday | 4:45 PM – 6:45 AM (Includes a 1-hour lunch! Some Fridays as needed)

What You'll Do

As a core member of the manufacturing team, you will keep production moving safely and efficiently by:

• Running the Line: Operating and adjusting high-tech paper converting machinery, including flexo presses, cutting, and finishing equipment.
• Precision Setup: Calibrating and setting up machines for distinct production runs while keeping quality control front and center.
• Material Logistics: Safely operating forklift trucks to transport raw materials and finished packaging goods across the facility.
• Safety First: Diligently following lockout/tagout and machine guarding protocols to keep yourself and your team safe.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of manufacturing machine operation (Required).
• The Blueprint Eye: Ability to read a tape measure precisely down to the 1/32nd of an inch (Required).
• Bonus Skills: Prior experience with prepress workflows, material layout, or forklift operation/safety certifications is a major plus!
• Mindset: A strong troubleshooter who works well independently or as part of a fast-paced team.
