As a Field Service Technician, you will represent the Client brand, problem-solve at a basic module (FRU) level, organize and plan your time effectively, and know when and to whom to escalate issues to. You will also apply knowledge of routine work area procedures, complete standardized activities, and resolves task related problems in straightforward situations emphasizing on manual skills.
