Supervisor / Dispatcher (Full-Time)

Location: Pensacola, FL (In Person)

MAF Expedited, a heavy-weight air freight carrier, is seeking a reliable and organized Supervisor/Dispatcher to join our team. This is a key role supporting daily operations, coordinating with drivers, and delivering excellent service to our freight forwarding partners.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate and dispatch drivers for timely freight movement

- Communicate with freight forwarders to ensure smooth operations

- Provide high-level customer service via phone and email

- Monitor shipments and address any issues in real time

- Support drivers with routing, scheduling, and problem-solving

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication skills (phone and email required)

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Solid computer skills

- Knowledge of Pensacola and surrounding areas preferred

- Transportation or logistics experience is a plus

Schedule

- Monday to Friday

- 10-hour shifts
