Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and document observations and report security-related concerns; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations; Monitor high-traffic areas and assist with visitor screening, directional support, and access control processes; Communicate with staff and first responders when needed and follow post orders for medical facilities and patient care areas
