CBRE Government & Defense - 150 Hase Road - Responsibilities: Operate and maintain Weight Handling Equipment (WHE) / Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including front end loaders, backhoes, bulldozers with attachments, excavators, tractor trailer combinations, man-lifts, rough terrain forklifts, 15-ton cranes, and multipurpose sweepers; Maintain records on certified materials and equipment; Assemble rigging to lift and move equipment or material; select cables, ropes, pulleys, winches, blocks, and sheaves; Direct safety-conscious hoisting operations through signals and communication; Test and certify rigging gear and equipment in accordance with regulations
