UnitedHealth Group - - Responsibilities: Assist with routine clerical/office tasks, answers telephone calls, and delivers messages; Pull, review, and follow up on reports of orders recert and unverified visits; Maintain an up-to-date medical record by scanning documents timely and completing EOE audits as appropriate; Complete discharge chart reviews, perform audits, process orders to/from physicians, and track for timely receipt; Communicate professionally within the organization and with external sources (physicians, patients, family members, referral sources, etc.)
