Peregrine Hospitality - 8375 Gulf Blvd - Responsibilities: Set up and organize the dishwashing area.; Operate all equipment assigned safely.; Clean and sanitize all China, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans in the hotel.; Takes inventories of China, silverware, and glassware.; Ensure restaurant and banquet kitchens have the requisite amounts of the above to properly open their shifts.
