CBRE Government & Defense - 150 Hase Rd - Responsibilities: Conduct fire sprinkler system inspections in accordance with NFPA standards and local codes; Prepare inspection reports detailing the findings of each inspection and recommend any necessary repairs or replacements; Maintain accurate records of all inspections conducted, including digital photos when applicable; Follow up with clients after an inspection to ensure that any recommended repairs or replacements have been made in a timely manner; Schedule and coordinate annual fire sprinkler system maintenance contracts with service providers
