CBRE Government & Defense - 150 Hase Rd - Responsibilities: Inspect, repair, maintain and install commercial and industrial HVAC/R equipment and associated components, with competency.; Handling refrigerant, working with natural/propane gas, basic pipe-fitting, soldering/brazing.; Read blueprints and understand mechanical diagrams; read and interpret blueprints.; Replace Pump Seals, Motor Bearings, Air Filters, Belts, Sheaves, Etc.; Perform duties in a safe and secure manner and comply with codes and specifications.
