Extended Stay - - Responsibilities: Respond to guest requests and assist with maintenance needs; Perform repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner; Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs; Maintain organized records and inventory for maintenance activities; Keep maintenance areas clean and secure tools and equipment
