Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Distributor Sales Consultants to join our team in Florida in our Ft. Myers, Pensacola, and Destin regions. In this role, you will build strong relationships with salon professionals, educate them on products and industry trends, and support them in growing their business. You will become a trusted partner for salon professionals combining your sales expertise with consultative support.

Candidates must live within their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with salons and stylists
• Drive new business development within an assigned territory
• Provide product education, business insights, and tailored sales recommendations
• Stay informed on beauty trends, product innovation, and industry best practices
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Represent Riley Salon Resources with professionalism and a client-first mindset

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience (beauty industry experience a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Comfort with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Reels) is beneficial
