Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or residents by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions within a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or appropriate authorities.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned areas to help support authorized access, maintain order, and follow post instructions related to movement throughout the location.; Support daily operations by completing required logs, incident reports, and communication updates while following Allied Universal standards and site policies.
