Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and communications location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and provide clear directions and assistance to support the daily flow of people and operations at the location.
