Legends - 201 East Gregory Street - Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on all Facility systems; Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, painting and other equipment and materials as necessary, including, but not limited to, design, purchase, and installation of systems; Maintain and repair all electrical and control systems; Maintain building structure, hardware, and various vehicles (i.e., Zamboni, fork trucks, etc.); Assist staff as needed in all areas of Operations, performing other tasks as assigned
