Ross Stores - 4345 West Fairfield Drive - Responsibilities: Greets all customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello, assists customers with merchandise and answers questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner; Maintains a clean work area and ensures proper merchandise presentation, assists in merchandising and restocking; Performs cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping counters and mirrors) and replenishes restroom supplies to maintain store areas; Follows all policies and procedures concerning cash, checks, charge cards, refunds, and MOS, and supports loss prevention standards; Responds to customer service calls promptly and escalates to store leadership when needed
