Client Development Associate
Location: Pensacola, FL (Hybrid – Office and Field)
Compensation: $50,000. Performance bonuses available after first year of employment

About Our Law Firm
Property Management Law Solutions, PLLC is a Florida law firm representing landlords, property managers, apartment communities, and real estate investors across the state. We focus on eviction services, landlord-tenant litigation, fair housing, risk mitigation, lease drafting, and ongoing legal advisory services for the rental housing industry. We are seeking a self-driven, results-oriented, field-friendly associate to help grow our client base and case intake through relationship building and strategic market presence.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on face-to-face business development, personal relationships, outreach, and results-driven performance. You will be responsible for generating new relationships, expanding our presence in the market, driving intake, and improving our existing client relations.
You must be proficient and diligent at administrative functions and be organized, detailed oriented, and opportunity seeking. You must excel in the field, attending industry events, visiting property management offices, and proactively identifying new business opportunities.
You must track all aspects of your contacts and performance through our software programs and create follow through action plans. You are expected to perform your responsibilities independently, without "hand holding".
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
-Conduct outbound outreach and in-person communications
-Develop and manage relationships
-Attend and promote our involvement in relative fields
-Promote our services and advance good reputation
-Track leads, activity, and conversions using firm-approved systems in a detailed and consistent manner
-Connect and network with other law firms for case referral opportunities
-Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth client onboarding
Ideal Candidate Profile
-3+ years of experience in business development and client acquisition
-Experienced in legal services, real estate, property management, or B2B sales
-Very comfortable with "cold" outreach
-Strong relationship-building skills
-Ability to see our vision and incorporate into your communications with ease and confidence
-Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
-Very comfortable working independently in the field and in the office
-Very personable and relatable
-Very good at communicating (especially in person)
