Miller's Ale House - - Responsibilities: Wash dishes, silverware, glassware, and pots/pans to maintain cleanliness and sanitation.; Collect bus tubs and dirty dishes from FOH and BOH areas to ensure workflow.; Maintain clean and organized work areas, including sweeping and mopping as needed.; Restock dishes, glassware, and utensils for cooks, servers, and bartenders.; Assist with overall kitchen cleanliness and support to cooks as needed.
