Pep Boys - - Responsibilities: Serve as first point of contact for customers on the phone and in store; engage customers, schedule appointments, build trust, understand needs, communicate processes and timelines, and sell parts and services.; Oversee organization and productivity of the service business through work order and register transactions, thorough vehicle inspections, and knowledge of service/parts.; Assist in various aspects of customer care, facility maintenance, and Outside Purchase ordering under management.; Follow policies related to cash, credit, check, refund and return policies; address customer service issues and opportunities with management.; Conduct express automotive services (tire mounting/balancing/rotations, oil changes, fluid top-offs, lubrications, filter/bulb replacement, battery installation, system testing) and perform thorough vehicle inspections.
