Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to on-site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting management and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial areas, including buildings, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.; Monitor access points and observe operations for unusual conditions, documenting security-related observations and reporting maintenance or operational concerns through the designated channels.; Complete detailed reports and logs, including incident reports, patrol activity, and shift handoff information, using approved systems and communication methods.
