Gecko Hospitality - - Responsibilities: Lead daily front desk operations including check ins, check outs, room assignments, group arrivals, and VIP preparations; Maintain a welcoming and service focused guest environment while handling service recovery when needed; Serve as Manager on Duty during evening and closing shifts, supporting operations across the property; Train, mentor, and develop the Front Office team while assisting with hiring and onboarding; Build and manage schedules based on occupancy forecasts and operational needs
