We are a fast-growing legal technology SaaS company serving plaintiff and mass tort law firms nationwide. Our products streamline client communication, document exchange, and case updates between law firms and their clients.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a front-line revenue driver and representative of the company.

This is an early-career opportunity for someone who wants to build a serious career in B2B SaaS sales within a disciplined, performance-oriented environment.

LOCATION

  • Strong preference for candidates located in Pensacola, FL Area
  • In-office collaboration preferred

COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: $40,000
  • Commission: Opportunity to earn an additional $40,000+ annually based on performance
  • Clear KPI and quota structure tied directly to new client acquisition

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand firm workflows and needs
  • Coordinate and participate in tailored product demonstrations
  • Articulate clear ROI and operational value to law firm decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution
  • Maintain consistent pipeline activity and drive deals to close
  • Represent the company professionally at all times

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience

  • At least 1–3 years professional experience preferred
  • Sales experience strongly preferred
  • Legal tech, SaaS, or law-adjacent experience highly desirable
