Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech and/or media campus environment.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site contacts and/or public responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking areas, building entrances, and perimeter lines, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns per post orders.; Control access by monitoring doors, gates, and/or credential checkpoints, checking identification when required and directing guests to the appropriate location.; Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs, and use site systems such as radios, phones, and/or visitor management tools to document and communicate security-related information.
