POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inspector to join our team at Gulf Coast Getaways in the Pensacola Beach area. In this essential role, you will help safeguard the guest experience by ensuring every vacation rental meets our standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.

You will conduct thorough property inspections, document findings, flag and coordinate needed repairs, and verify that homes are fully guest-ready prior to arrival. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, values consistency, and works well both independently and in collaboration with a team dedicated to delivering exceptional stays.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect units for cleanliness, damage, safety concerns, and maintenance issues
• Ensure properties meet established company standards and assist in coordinating larger repairs when needed
• Document inspection findings clearly and communicate issues promptly to the appropriate teams
• Maintain organized warehouse spaces, including laundry supplies and unit inventory
• Remain available and responsive throughout the workday across all required platforms (Microsoft Teams, Breezeway, Track)

• Availability to work weekends, holidays and on-call as scheduled.
• Ability to use technology and industry standard softwares and apps
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Prolonged periods of working indoors, outdoors, and within a warehouse environment.
• Prolonged periods of walking.
• Ascend and descend stairs/ladders as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
