Full Charge Bookkeeper
(Contract-to-Hire)

Our client is seeking a hands-on Full Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of day-to-day financial operations at a growing, family-owned organization. This role partners closely with ownership and plays a direct role in keeping the business financially healthy, compliant, and positioned for continued growth. Compensation

• $55,000-$65,000 annually, depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain documentation
• Develop and monitor internal controls
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Lead and support a small accounting team

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
• 3+ years of experience in AP/AR/ Bookkeeping
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience using QuickBooks Desktop REQUIRED
• Experience in a distribution environment is a plus
• Ability to directly support and advise company ownership
