Maintenance Receiving & Equipment Specialist
The Maintenance Receiving Clerk/Equipment Specialist is responsible to process shipments of materials and supplies, manage incoming parcels, communicate with vendors, inspect and operate maintenance heavy equipment, and manage safety and support records.
Manage Parcels
Use computer software to check in received orders. Verify the accuracy of items received against items ordered. Store and organize received items. Log outgoing shipments.
Communicate with Vendors and Internal Personnel
Establish relationships with outside vendors. Communicate with vendors as needed to fulfill Maintenance supply orders. Communicate with internal (PCC) personnel related to procurement and heavy equipment operations and certification.
Support Operations of Heavy Equipment
Operate a variety of heavy equipment machinery to support Maintenance and other departments as needed. Operate heavy equipment machinery, train and certify other operators, perform daily inspections. Also perform minor service when needed, schedule service calls and repairs, record all service to equipment. Maintain OSHA records and ensure that all legal and safety policies and procedures are followed.
Manage Safety and Support Records
Maintain procurement records and Safety Data Sheets (per OSHA guidelines) for all chemicals and hazardous materials stored in or shipped from the Maintenance Warehouse.

Physical Requirements and Skills
Ability to lift 70+ pounds, Heavy Equipment Operation, Ladders, Microsoft Office, State driver's license
