Location: REmote Rate: 45-50/hr on w-2 (No C2C) Overview We are seeking an experienced Databricks Report Developer with strong skills in SQL , data reporting , and Time & Labor analytics , specifically within the restaurant or hospitality industry . The ideal candidate has a proven track record working with high-volume labor data, multi-location operations, and workforce systems commonly used in restaurant environments. This role will support HR, Finance, Operations, and field leadership teams by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable labor reporting that improves operational visibility and supports labor optimization across restaurant locations. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize Databricks notebooks for ETL, data processing, and labor reporting workflows. Build and maintain SQL queries to support complex multi-unit restaurant reporting (labor costs, scheduling, sales-to-labor ratios, productivity, etc.). Create automated Time & Labor reports related to clock-ins, overtime, scheduling accuracy, compliance, attendance, and labor cost forecasting. Integrate data from HRIS, payroll, POS, and timeclock systems commonly used in the restaurant sector (e.g., Toast, Aloha, NCR, HotSchedules, UKG/Kronos ). Ensure data quality, accuracy, and availability for Finance, Operations, and BI partners. Work closely with Operations and Restaurant Leadership teams to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful insights. Troubleshoot and enhance existing Databricks jobs, tables, and workflows.
