The Instructional Design Specialist will be responsible for bringing to life synchronous and asynchronous elements of the learning curriculum. This person is a critical team member within the CVS Health Enterprise, Learning, Development and Performance Center of Excellence (ELD&P) within the Human Resources department.
The ideal candidate is learner-centric, highly creative, and an expert in utilizing adult learning strategies to create non-digital learning solutions. The Instructional Designer works closely with the Learning Program Owner to define learning objectives, project scope, and budget in order to design and develop a non-digital solution that is monitored and adjusted for performance throughout the learner's lifecycle. They are an out of the box thinker with a growth mindset and thrive in a rapidly changing environment with an agile space. This person actively seeks out innovative learning solutions that will deliver an engaging, measurable, and effective learning experience for colleagues working in PBM Customer Care of CVS Health.

The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 100,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
