Location: Fully Remote out of Peru (Company Headquarter is located in Miami, Florida in the United States)

Availability: Contractor agrees to maintain availability during overlapping hours with U.S. Eastern Time to support collaboration.

Summary

In this role, you are the execution orchestrator who supports the core focus: activating signed B2B2C partners and driving B2B pipeline. Your mission is to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and partner kickoffs (intake ? briefs ? agencies ? launch) to hit our goals.

Key Responsibilities (Scorecard Driven)

• Intake & Briefs: Collect internal requests and convert them into clear, concise briefs (objective, audience, offer, success metrics, deadlines) and route to agencies/vendors.
• Agency & Vendor Coordination: Drive timelines, approvals, and delivery quality to sustain on-time delivery across agencies.
• Campaign Velocity: Maintain the unified campaign calendar and agency project tracker.
• Sales & Partner Enablement: Assemble standardized kickoff toolkits and deliver B2B2C materials to Sales within the 48-hour SLA.
• QA Checklists: Run essential pre-launch QA (UTMs, links, sizes, copy) to reduce rework and protect campaign velocity and tracking accuracy.
• Takes initiative to see projects through from start to finish, delivering on commitments and owning results.
• Communicates clearly and effectively across time zones and departments, contributing to a positive team dynamic and aligns efforts with company priorities.
• Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environment, can pivot quickly between projects and priorities while maintaining high quality and accuracy.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

• On-time delivery ?90% across agencies; Campaign velocity ?10 days (brief ? launch).
• Sales support SLA ?48 hours met and Partner toolkits 100% ready at kickoff.
• QA compliance ?95% and zero delays due to missing assets/tracking.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in progress or recently completed in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Administration or related field and/or 2 years minimum of related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and interest in building a career in marketing.
• Curiosity and openness to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, n8n) to support daily work
• Strong English fluency both written and verbal required.
