Job Summary:
Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper
Answering and routing phone calls, assisting customers and taking payments. Checking invoices against POS records, ordering materials, A/R and A/P, sending acknowledgments, follow up checks after sale and installs have been completed. Assist sales team with any needs in the moment.
Location: Pensacola
Position Type: Office Services
Pay: $15.00- $18.00 DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM with a 1 hour lunch: Needs to be flexible for a Saturday shift if needed
Qualifications:
1 . Attention to detail and follow instructions is a must
2 . Computer savvy
3 . Well versed with Microsoft products
4 . Basic bookkeeping skills A/R and AP
