Operations Coordinator

Long-term contract with full benefits package

100% onsite in Gulf Breeze, FL

$22-23/hr on a 9/80 work schedule

As an Ops Coordinator , you will be responsible for managing and organizing company documents, ensuring their accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with relevant regulations. Your role will involve maintaining document control systems, coordinating document reviews and approvals, and facilitating document distribution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, project management, and regulatory affairs, to ensure effective document management throughout the organization. Responsibilities:

Under the tutelage and guidance of Manufacturing Engineering, create and edit routers in Factory Logix Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to determine manufacturing process steps.
• Read drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and customer specifications.
• Monitor operator feedback and edit routers accordingly.

Document Control System Management:

Establish and maintain document control procedures and processes. Implement and administer document control software or systems. Ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of documents and records. Document Review and Approval:

Coordinate document review and approval processes. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure document accuracy and completeness. Track and monitor document review cycles, ensuring timely completion. Document Distribution and Access:

Manage document repositories or databases. Organize and maintain document filing systems. Control documents, access permissions and distribution to appropriate personnel. Document Change Control: Monitor and facilitate document change requests. Track document revisions and maintain version control. Ensure proper documentation of changes and approvals. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, standards, and guidelines. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance. Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory submissions or audits. Training and Support:

Provide training and guidance on document control processes and procedures. Support document control-related inquiries and requests from internal stakeholders. Assist in resolving issues related to document control systems or processes. Requirements: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, information management) or equivalent experience. Previous experience in document control, records management, or a related role is preferred. Familiarity with document control software or electronic document management systems is advantageous.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in using document management tools and software. Understanding of document control principles and best practices. Familiarity with relevant regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents and technical information. Aptitude for identifying and resolving document control issues. Proactive approach to identifying areas for process improvement. Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work well with colleagues. Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently. Strong organizational and prioritization skills to ensure efficient document control processes.

General Requirements
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office

o Oracle and Agile a plus. Factory Logix experience ideal
