Warehouse Associate Position at Mondel?z International/Nabisco

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Pensacola, FL. As a part of Mondel?z International/Nabisco, you will help drive the future of snacking. The hourly payrate is $26.80 per hour, with a bonus available through the Branch Incentive Plan (BIP). The schedule is part-time and may vary based on business demand. You may work with forklifts and/or pallet jacks.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will participate in daily warehouse activities such as truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining warehouse organization. You will ensure compliance with procedures, conduct regular safety checks, and prioritize safety in all activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Participating in warehouse activities including truck unloading, stock counting, and order processing.
• Maintaining warehouse organization and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
• Accurately assembling and loading products on delivery trucks.
• Performing order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading delivery trucks.
• Maintaining an accurate running inventory and reporting defective items.
• Accepting, verifying, inspecting, and recording all incoming deliveries and shipments.

Job specific requirements include:

• Performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in physical activities such as lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling (maximum of 50 lbs./25kg).
• Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks is preferred.
• Ability to obtain relevant licenses to operate equipment.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will need to:

• Follow schedules and instructions from the Foreman or Supervisor.
• Be flexible with schedules based on customer demands.
• Have a general understanding of warehouse operations and practices.
• Work in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
