Job Details

Responsibilities

• Manage complex securities litigation cases from investigation through resolution.
• Defend clients in SEC investigations and enforcement actions.
• Represent financial professionals and firms in FINRA arbitration and regulatory matters.
• Oversee trial preparation, including strategy development, discovery, and witness preparation.
• Advise clients on shareholder disputes, financial fraud allegations, and compliance risks.
• Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams on multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and advocacy.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and 6+ years of experience in securities litigation and regulatory defense.
• Expertise handling SEC investigations and FINRA arbitration.
• Strong courtroom strategy and trial preparation skills.
• Background in defending financial institutions, brokers, and senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters independently and drive them to resolution.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
