The Associate Director serves as a key leader and strategic partner within the department, reporting directly to the Director of Housing and Residence Life. This position provides oversight of both Housing Administration and Residence Life through the supervision of the Assistant Directors. The Associate Director plays a critical role in creating a culture of care and enhancing resident satisfaction through intentional programming and services that support student wellbeing, community engagement and success. The role is also responsible for assessing and improving housing operations, including the development and implementation of departmental assessments, analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, and using findings to inform practice. Additionally, the Associate Director oversees strategies related to optimal ongoing occupancy, resident satisfaction, and marketing to ensure strong demand and full utilization of campus housing.
