Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Land Development team, who will focus on commercial and residential development projects. The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage all aspects of land development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage land development projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these benchmarks.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform project planning.
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to land development.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within land development.
  • Proven experience with site development for both commercial and residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of zoning laws and land use regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in project management (PMP) is a plus.
