EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Records fuel and lube inventory and meter readings of product tanks on applicable logs, data sheets, or databasesEnters fuel a variety of issues related to fuel trucks, storeroom, and/or small engine shop into applicable spreadsheets and/or databasesPrepares and disseminates daily reports to garage locationsSchedules and coordinates delivery of fuels and oils with contractors; meets contractors at various locations to verify products, ensure proper placement within tanks, and that there are no spillsCreates fuel truck keys for new vehicles; replaces broken and lost keys for vehiclesInspects County fuel sites to verify the proper operation of tank systemsPerforms minor repairs on pumps and Trak system by replacing nozzles, hoses, breakaways, filters, Trak boards, and Trak key readersPerforms other duties as assignedTYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualification Requirements: Training and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.); or, a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license from state of residenceKnowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics (KSAO's): scheduling methods and techniquesapplicable compliance guidelinesdata maintenance principlesusing a computer and related software applicationskeyboardingcoordinating and scheduling deliveriescommunication and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, the general public, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work directionPositions needed: 1Job Types: Part-time Shift and schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00-7:00pm20 hours a weekShift availability: Day Shift Duartion - Up to one year
