A healthcare recruiter works under the direction of the HR Operations Manager, and is a Human Resources professional who finds and qualifies healthcare professionals to fill job openings within Baptist Health Care. Responsibilities include: developing innovative recruitment strategies, interviewing and proactively sourcing viable applicant pools. The healthcare recruiter will fill jobs related, but not limited to, nursing, allied health (to include Physical Therapy, Lab, Radiology, etc.), and support services (including Food Services, EVS, etc.) The person in this position works under general supervision, is responsible for various shifts, may be subject to over 40 hours per week and/or callback as required, and may also be required to remain on campus immediately before, during, and after severe weather and/or disasters.
