The Housing Director performs highly professional and administrative work serving as Housing Director for the City of Pensacola. The Housing Director is responsible for organizing, directing and coordinating the activities of Housing. Work includes the formulation of working policies and procedures in accordance with general policy directives of the City Administrator. In addition, the position is responsible for formulating working policies and procedures which adhere to the guidelines and regulations for administration of Housings Federal and State grant programs. Supervision is exercised over professional, technical, and clerical staff. Work is evaluated based on observed and attained results.
