We seek a Windows Systems Administrator to support the design, development, and deployment of cybersecurity capabilities.Responsibilities Include: Maintain virtual system environments in remote/hybrid locations.Support user administration, system administration, documentation, and SDLC processes.Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to support vendor applications.Develop SOPs for system sustainment policies and standards.Participate in 16x5 schedules with fixed shifts and rotating weekend on-call support.Operate and maintain production, pre-production, and development Windows systems.Perform system administration tasks: AD, GPO, patching, application support, service account management, resource monitoring.Monitor and audit system logs.Implement and monitor patching, updates, and software installations on Windows Servers.Ensure compliance with ISVMs, ICVAs, and DoD STIGs.Manage system lifecycle: planning, implementation, upgrades, decommissioning.Manage system requirements to ensure compatibility and meet customer needs.Required Skills: Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.Must obtain DHS Suitability.6+ years of Windows system administration experience.Experience with Windows Server 2019 and 2022, building Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, STIGs, WSUS, backups/restores, VMware 7.0+.Desired Skills: Familiarity with SQL Server, ServiceNow, Altiris, SharePoint, JIRA, Tasks, Features, JIRA Align.Advanced experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.Education and Certifications: Minimum 4 years relevant experience and a Bachelor's Degree, or 6 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.Applicable Microsoft certifications (MCSE, MCSA), Security+ CE preferred.Nightwing values collaboration and teamwork.
