Maintenance Director Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining grounds, including outdoor repairs, lawn care, and waste removal.
  • Upkeep of interior spaces, including offices and common areas.
  • Overseeing repair and maintenance of community equipment, ensuring proper functioning and staff training.
  • Preparing apartments for new residents and refurbishing units post-move-out.
  • Maintaining fire safety and emergency records, systems, and inspections as required by state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in maintenance preferred; knowledge of minor repairs in structural, electrical, plumbing, security, and HVAC systems required.
  • Experience in building safety and hazard reduction is a plus.
