Base Pay Range: $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Additional Compensation: Annual Bonus

Position Overview

The Plant Controller will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure operational efficiency and profitability. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment
• 2+ years in a strategic Finance leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to influence plant operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
