We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at 7353 University Parkway in Lakewood Ranch, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, driving business growth, and leading our talented team to success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer service
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through effective coaching and mentoring
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments
• Make critical decisions to resolve complex business challenges
• Report on performance metrics and provide insights to senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
• Proven track record of successful leadership in a similar role, with at least 5-7 years of management experience
• Strong strategic planning and financial management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software

Physical Requirements:

Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48". Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location. Team members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.

Driving Specific Job Duties:

Deliver product by car and then to door of customer. Deliver flyers and door hangers.

Requires:
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards. Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
