Your role within the team

The Amazon Paid Media Coordinator will be responsible for executing the Performance Marketing plan, working with agency partners to manage DSP, and analyzing channel performance to maximize ROI.



Duties and responsibilities

  • Partner with brand mangers and content teams to drive testing, reporting, optimization, and analysis on channel performance.
  • Generate weekly performance reports, conduct in-depth analysis, and derive actionable insights to inform optimization strategies to enhance channel performance.
  • Proactively form creative strategies to enhance indexing, rank, and product run rates through both paid and organic efforts, contributing to the overall brand growth and visibility on Amazon.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Amazon advertising and reporting, required.
  • 1+ year of listing and account management experience, required.
  • Demonstrated ability to defend media choices both analytically and critically, taking all business objectives and marketing goals into consideration.
  • Strong (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaboratively with internal and external partner.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Expertise in Amazon Paid Advertising Platforms: High proficiency in managing and optimizing Amazon-specific paid media channels, with a strong focus on paid search (Amazon PPC), display, and programmatic advertising within the Amazon DSP platform.
  • Comprehensive Understanding of the Amazon Marketplace: Strong grasp of current trends, competition, and best practices within the Amazon marketplace, including the latest advertising strategies, keyword tactics, bidding models, and audience targeting capabilities.
  • Proven Ability to Meet Tight Deadlines in a Fast-Paced E-Commerce Environment: Demonstrated success in managing Amazon ad campaigns efficiently while adhering to tight deadlines and keeping cross-functional teams aligned and on schedule.
  • Proactive in Driving Account Performance: Regularly provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing Amazon campaigns, leveraging industry insights and new tools to stay ahead of competitors while maximizing ROI.
