Role Description

Renovations Unlimited USA is seeking a full-time, on-site Commercial Construction Estimator. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects, analyzing project requirements, reviewing plans, and collaborating with project teams to ensure competitive and comprehensive bids. We're looking for someone detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of construction costs and materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Experience in reviewing project plans, specifications, and related documents
• Ability to prepare detailed cost breakdowns and budgets
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of commercial construction procedures and industry standards
