SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Representative works within the Customer Service team to support the reception desk, order entry, and assignment of freight carriers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide reception desk coverage to greet guests and assist them with sign in processes. Answer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate party if needed.
* Respond to inquiries (emails, calls, in-person) received from various parties, including cross-functional teams, distribution partners, customers, and consumers.
* Receive orders via email and EDI. Process orders and returns through the ERP system, assign freight carriers, and schedule trucks as needed.
* Support cross-functional teams with CDMO products, coordinate shipping needs with the client.
* Collect and sort mail daily, receive packages.
* Manage scheduling and processes to maintain the company's apartment and car.
* Monitor office supplies to ensure adequate levels are available and provide administrative support as requested.
* Other duties as requested or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
* 2+ years' experience in an administrative customer service position required.
* Experience with ERP Systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferred.
* 2+ years' experience in an FDA/CGMP manufacturing facility preferred.
* Experience with a multi-line phone system required.
* Experience interacting with internal and external customers, data entry, and working with spreadsheets required.
* Strong computer skills with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) required.
* Self- motivated, driven, detailed-oriented.
