Job Description:
As a Machine Operator with our client, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of machinery used in converting large paper rolls into smaller rolls or sheets, customized to meet their clients' specifications. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain converting machinery
Ensure high-quality production output according to customer requirements
Review work orders to determine product specifications
Maintain efficiency in quantity and quality of production
Handle raw materials and finished products with care
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines
Utilize forklifts to load/unload machines and move products as needed

Working hours: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Previous experience in the paper industry (nice to have)

Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in manufacturing
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience with forklift operation

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for extended periods
Manual dexterity and ability to lift/move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
Willingness to work occasional Fridays based on production needs
