Job Brief
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to undertake administrative tasks and ensure our staff has adequate support to work efficiently.



As an Office Administrator, you will handle payroll and assist team members with various tasks. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing tasks and working with minimal supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.



The Office Administrator ensures the smooth running of our company's offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee timekeeping software for accurate data and timely updates.

  • Forward supply requests, call-offs, and customer complaints to Operations.

  • Enter and track timesheet edits; manage employee information in various systems.

  • Maintain electronic personnel files and customer files.

  • Answer and direct phone calls; greet and direct lobby guests.

  • Post weekly on social media platforms using SOCi.

  • Manage uniform shirt inventories and maintain office equipment.

  • Assist with cleaning supplies and manage mail.

  • Organize monthly birthday and anniversary tasks, and quarterly employee events.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.

  • Create and update records and databases with personnel and financial data.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a relevant role

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and a fast learner with new programs

  • Qualifications in secretarial studies are an advantage

  • High school diploma, BSc/BA in office administration, or relevant experience is preferred
