Job Details

The Warehouse Senior Associate will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and warehousing including inspection of parts to assure that incoming parts and materials are properly inspected for general condition, proper documentation, and shelf lives are current.

Candidate should have a minimum of five (5) years aviation experience and/or related inspection experience in the aviation industry.

Candidate must be organized, self-motivated, Show good attention to detail, show good people skills, and have aviation background to support receiving inspection duties.

Performs Receiving inspection of parts to assure that incoming parts and materials are properly inspected for general condition, proper documentation, and shelf lives are current.

Fulfill delivery notices of spares in a prompt and accurate manor.

Update SAP system of all part movements both incoming and outgoing.

Maintain areas of responsibility are compliant with applicable Leonardo Helicopter Division procedures

Assist Customer Support with Quality and Documentation issues.

Receiving Document control.

7.

Support needs of Repair Station, including Part 145.

Perform other duties and fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.

Education

High school diploma,

Experience

• Should have minimum 5 years related warehouse experience.
• Experience with SAP software a plus.
• Aviation background a plus.

Competencies & Attributes

Technical knowledge in the fields of mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, sheet metal, rigging, instruments, etc. to determine documentation and conformance.

• Must be pro-active, team, and detail oriented.
• Knowledge of FAR part 145 regulations a plus.
• Must be able to communicate fluently on SAP, Shipping and Quality issues.

Licensure/Certification

• Forklift certification
