Job Title: FHK - CSRJob Description
Our client, a third-party administrator, is seeking candidates to support their call center. This position will require candidates to handle a high volume of inbound calls from health insurance members to assist with health plan information and premium details. The program is supporting a state-funded initiative known as FL Healthy Kids. Candidates will be responsible for administering information regarding premium increases/decreases, start and end of coverage, and all other miscellaneous plan information.

Essential Skills
+ 1+ years of customer service experience (face to face, call center, retail, fast food, or any other customer engaging experience).
+ Intermediate computer skills (ability to type 25+ words per minute).
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Excellent customer relations skills.

Work Environment
Fully Remote - Must have own equipment and must reside in FL. Includes 2 weeks of classroom training from 9 AM - 4:30 PM, followed by 2 weeks of nesting. Nesting schedules will vary depending on the mentor's schedule (between M-F, 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM). Regular assigned schedule is Monday through Friday, 11 AM - 7:30 PM. No time off is permitted during training, and any days off must be approved by the client. The attendance policy is a No-Fault Policy, and doctor's notes will not excuse any absences or tardies.
