SHUTTLE BUGGY OPERATORC.W. Roberts Contracting, Inc. (CWR) is a growing road construction company. We are seeking to fill a Shuttle Buggy Operator position for our local operations.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Operator will deliver hot mix asphalt to the road surfaceEnsures asphalt is laid down at the correct temperatureAssist in general operations at each job siteMay oil, grease, service, and make normal operating adjustments to equipmentPossess a solid understanding of all aspects of the paving industry including preparatory work, grades, drainage, paving patterns, aggregate size, job specifications, oil consistencies, compaction, and other details related to asphalt pavingResponsible for the efficient working condition of the equipment and is expected to perform minor servicing and maintenance or refer major problems to the supervisorMay perform other duties as assignedRequirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be able to work days, nights, or weekends as neededAble to complete all required paperwork efficientlyMust be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver's licenseEmployer conducts drug screening and background checkWe offer competitive salaries and fringe benefits.EOE/AA, DFWP, We Honor Those Who Have Served.Position open until filled.Employer is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
