Candidates should have strong verbal and written skills, strong attention to detail, a desire to get the job done right, and experience working multiple applications simultaneously. In need of both English and Spanish candidates. This is a hybrid schedule, some time will be in center and from home. Schedule will be discussed during interviewJob Responsibilities:Serve as the first contact for applicants; taking incoming calls and accurately entering the information into various systems.Navigate through multiple systems to access the appropriate information in order to provide the correct service and complete a first-call resolution for customers.Determine the proper protocols for follow-up calls in a timely and efficient manner.Possess the ability to properly de-escalate upset callers to provide the best possible service in a timely manner.
